Take Part in a Recreational Hunting Experience

Crane Bay Hunt Club offers a space for recreational hunting that is accessible all year long in Cross City, Florida. We are a dog running club, and during hunting season, we have deer, hogs, and turkeys on our grounds.

We lease 21,661 acres in the heart of Dixie County on the West Coast of Florida.

Safety Reminders

Members who hunt during modern gun or muzzleloader deer season must wear a hat and an outer garment above the waist. It must be of daylight florescent blaze orange (or hunter orange) that total at least 400 square inches.

We abide by this mandate added by both the Campbell Group and Cross City Forest Company in 2014.

Vehicle Guidelines

Please put your new stickers on your vehicles before entering the hunting grounds. There will be a fine for those who do not have the current sticker on their vehicles. If you were not present at the May meeting, you will receive them in the mail in a few days.

Every member has received three stickers, but if you need more, there will be a charge of $5.00 per additional sticker.

Everyone who paid camp fees received a sticker with their number and camp fee. It has to be placed on a window of your camper or camp so we can keep track of who has paid.
